CISO Platform Nederland, ECSO form partnership
This week, CISO Platform Nederland, the Dutch platform for Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and other high-ranking cybersecurity professionals in medium and large enterprises and non-profit organizations, has formalized its collaboration with the CISO Community of the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO).
Opening opportunities for both organizations, the partnership is expected to strengthen personal relationships and knowledge and help fortify defenses against cybercrime. It will also give CISO Platform Nederland a strategic presence in Brussels, where most of the regulatory activity is.
"This partnership between the ECSO CISO Community and CISO Platform Nederland exemplifies our commitment to deepening collaboration and enhancing cybersecurity across the EU. By uniting our efforts, we can significantly strengthen the security posture of organizations, ensuring a more resilient and secure digital landscape," said Mahdi Abdulrazak, ECSO CISO Ambassador for the Netherlands and Board Member of CISO Platform Nederland.
"This collaboration not only fosters the exchange of knowledge and best practices but also reinforces our shared responsibility in safeguarding Europe's critical infrastructure."
“Partnering with CISO Platform Nederland is a great step toward unifying and strengthening the voice of European CISOs. With their support, the ECSO CISO Community aims to enrich the activities of both Dutch and European professionals through mutual collaboration. We are looking forward to the synergies and opportunities sparking from our joint efforts," said Luigi Rebuffi, ECSO Secretary General.
