Navigating Compliance and Cybersecurity in the Modern Enterprise

As the pace of digital transformation accelerates, CISOs are under increasing pressure to not only protect but also enable business growth. The challenge lies in balancing the need for innovation with the increasing complexity of regulatory requirements and evolving cyber threats.

At this roundtable, we will explore how modern enterprises can build resilient cybersecurity strategies while supporting business growth. This interactive session will bring together security leaders to share insights on:

  • Adapting to Evolving Compliance Needs: How can organizations stay ahead of shifting regulations like DORA, GDPR, NIS2, and the EU AI Act, while maintaining a resilient security framework?
  • Enhancing Visibility Across Hybrid Environments: With digital estates spread across cloud and on-premise infrastructures, what are the best strategies for achieving full visibility and managing risks effectively?
  • Converging IT and OT Security: In sectors involving Critical National Infrastructure, how can organizations align legacy systems with modern cybersecurity practices?
  • Leveraging Automation for Continuous Security Improvements: How can automation be used to manage compliance costs, streamline processes, and stay ahead of the threat landscape?
  • Attracting and Retaining Talent in Cybersecurity: In a competitive market, what are successful strategies to secure and retain top GRC and cybersecurity professionals?

Engage with peers, share strategies, and discuss the challenges and opportunities that come with driving both growth and resilience in today’s complex cyber landscape.
