In the cybersecurity landscape, there are always new events looming on the horizon. Justin Broeders, CISO at the Dutch Ministry of Finance and board member of the CISO Platform Nederland, will lead this session on emerging trends and risks.

Justin will provide an overview of the latest developments, including the rise of AI employed in attacks, the increasing sophistication of ransomware, and the growing threat landscape associated with remote work and IoT devices. He will stretch the importance of understanding these trends and their implications for organizational security and resilience.

A CISO of a member organization (TBA) will share their experiences and insights on navigating emerging cybersecurity risks. This segment will offer participants a firsthand perspective on the challenges and strategies involved in managing cybersecurity threats.

Finally, we will discuss the integration of emerging trends and risks into existing cybersecurity frameworks.
