As the cybersecurity landscape continues to evolve with increasing complexity and sophistication, the demand for skilled professionals in this sector has never been greater. This workshop aims to address the critical talent and skills gaps that organizations face in securing their digital assets and infrastructure.

In this workshop, we will explore the current state of the cybersecurity workforce, identify the essential skills needed to combat emerging threats, and discuss strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in this competitive field.

The power of mentorship and knowledge transfer plays a crucial role in fostering growth and resilience within the workforce. This breakout session will explore how mentorship programs can bridge the gap between experienced professionals and newcomers, facilitating the exchange of skills, insights, and best practices.

We will discuss the benefits of creating a culture of mentorship, including improved retention rates, enhanced collaboration, and the acceleration of skill development. Additionally, we will talk about the importance of reverse mentoring: how young professionals with new ideas can inspire established professionals and vice versa.
